Orthodontics for children and teenagers

Children benefit from an orthodontic check by around age 7–9, when growth can sometimes be guided. We treat children and teenagers with braces, twin-block appliances and Invisalign Teen.

Do I need a referral to see an orthodontist?

No. You can book directly with us. Dentists can also refer patients through our referrals page.

How much does an orthodontic consultation cost?

Your consultation with a 3D scan is free. We take a £10 deposit when you book, which is refunded when you attend.

Is Dr Sarah Sadek a specialist?

Yes. Dr Sarah Sadek is on the GDC Specialist List in Orthodontics (GDC No. 114943).

How long does orthodontic treatment take?

Mild cases with aligners can take a few months; most braces and comprehensive aligner treatment take 12 to 24 months. We'll give you an estimate at your consultation.

Can I spread the cost?

Yes. 0% finance through Tabeo is available, subject to status, so you can pay monthly.

Do you treat adults?

Yes – many of our patients are adults. Clear aligners, ceramic and lingual braces are popular discreet options.
