Is toothpaste safe for aligners?
It is better avoided, as many toothpastes are abrasive and can scratch clear plastic. Use a soft brush with cool water or a cleaner made for aligners.
How often do aligners need cleaning?
Rinse them every time you take them out and clean them properly at least once a day.
Why have my aligners gone cloudy?
Scratches, plaque and drinking anything other than water with them in are the usual causes. Improving your cleaning routine normally helps.
